The handcrafted handle made from cork and walnut lends enough buoyancy to the knife to keep it from sinking in water. The thin, pointy blade of 420HC stainless steel was optimized for cutting and deboning fish. In keeping with its overall appearance, the knife comes with a handmade leather sheath.
