Military Tent Tarpaulin, Olive, 1.80x1.80m, Romanian Army Surplus
It's a 2-in-1 personal field gear: it can serve as a hooded poncho or as a shelter / waterproof tent from the sun, and rain.
It's a portable tent for one person, made of waterproof fabric.
A cloak tent (Plash Palatka in Russian) is a universal gear, perfectly suitable for a variety of situations. Both military and civilian. It can be equally useful for the military, hunters, fishermen, tourists, and players of military sports games, etc.
The cloak tent can serve as a shelter from the wind, rain, dampness, and cold, and as bedding for sleeping, resting, or medical assistance. The heavy-duty fabric of the raincoat allows you to use it as a stretcher for the wounded, carrying heavy loads.
