Bear Defense Pepper Spray with Holster - Walther Bear Defender - 225 ml

Pepper spray with instant action and extended range, designed for effective protection against bears and other aggressive animals.

Extended protection in nature

The Walther Pro Secur Bear Defender has a large capacity of 225 ml, allowing you to deter even large animals, such as bears you may encounter while hiking in the Carpathians, Tatra, or Bieszczady mountains.

The device sprays a dense cone-shaped jet with a range of up to 10 meters, creating a safety barrier between you and the animal, even in windy conditions. The wide jet covers a large area, speeding up the repelling effect, making it suitable for both open spaces and enclosed areas like corridors or shelters.

Maximum power and instant action

The spray uses a solution of 10% Oleoresin Capsicum (OC) with 2% Major Capsaicinoids (MC), reaching an intensity of up to 2,000,000 SHU, making it one of the strongest bear sprays on the market.

Its almost instant action causes intense burning on the skin, tearing, respiratory irritation, and temporary disorientation, reducing the aggressor's (animal or human) reaction capacity for about 45 minutes, giving you enough time to retreat safely.

Safety and intuitive use

The spray is easy to use with one hand:

• Place your index finger through the ring and position your thumb on the actuator lever.

• Pull the lever back to arm the spray.

• Spray for 3 seconds towards the animal’s eyes to create a protective barrier.

• Stop, assess the situation, and spray again if necessary.

The actuator lever has a fluorescent coating, helping you track the jet even in low-light conditions. Accidental activation is prevented by a retractable safety lock.
