LC-1 Nylon Military Butt Pack, US Type - Greek Army Military Surplus - OD Green - Used

               Original Greek military field pack, commonly known in English as a Butt Pack, inspired by the American M1967 (M67) design. It is genuine Hellenic Army equipment, as the Greek military used gear identical to or very similar to American patterns for many years. Unlike older canvas versions (such as the M1956 pattern), this model is made from durable nylon (polyamide), reflecting the equipment modernization introduced during the 1970s.

               This type of pack was used as part of the Greek Army load-carrying system and could be worn either on a belt at the lower back (hence the name "Butt Pack") or as a shoulder bag using the included detachable shoulder strap.

                The pack is part of the Greek Army's M-71 load-carrying system and is based on the American US LC-1 Butt Pack.
