Original ceremonial uniform jacket from the Vienna Fire Brigade – Wiener Feuerwehr / Landesfeuerwehrverband Wien, an authentic uniform piece intended for members of the command and service personnel of the Vienna Fire Brigade.

The jacket features an elegant cut and brown outer material, and is fitted with original insignia and decorations, making it a particularly interesting piece for collectors of Austrian uniforms, fire brigade insignia and historical equipment.

The sleeve features the original “Landesfeuerwehrverband Wien” insignia, with the corresponding coat of arms and decorative embroidery, identifying its affiliation with the Vienna Provincial Fire Brigade Association.

The collar features Rangrosetten / Edelweiß rank insignia, mounted on blue wool fabric with a gold-coloured border, from the traditional Austrian fire brigade rank insignia system. One star is missing from one of the collar patches, as clearly visible in the photographs.

On the chest there is a red-white-red decoration bar, associated with the Österreichisches Rotes Kreuz – Austrian Red Cross, corresponding to a merit decoration. The bar features a gold-coloured metal medallion bearing the characteristic symbolism of the Austrian Red Cross.
