GLOCK 17 Gen.5 Airsoft Pistol – Metal Slide, Gas Blowback - Umarex

The GLOCK 17 Gen.5 is a realistic airsoft replica produced under an official GLOCK license, faithfully reproducing the appearance and ergonomics of the famous Austrian pistol. The model combines a metal slide and barrel with an ergonomic polymer lower frame and features a Gas Blowback system, providing realistic slide movement with every shot.

Gen.5 Design and Improvements

Compared to the Gen.4 generation, the GLOCK 17 Gen.5 features several subtle modifications designed to improve ergonomics and functionality.

The front edges of the slide are beveled to facilitate holster insertion, while the sights feature a more robust design. The front section of the frame has been redesigned to make magazine insertion easier.

The exterior finish has been improved for better resistance to wear. The pistol can also be easily disassembled for maintenance, cleaning and inspection.

Gas Blowback System

The Gas Blowback system moves the slide with every shot, providing realistic feedback and a shooting experience close to the operation of the original model.

The trigger mechanism is Single Action, and the replica operates in semi-automatic mode.

For protection against accidental firing, the pistol features an integrated trigger safety. The safety is disengaged by correctly pressing the center of the trigger.

The replica also features an additional switchable safety, located underneath the barrel.

RIS Accessory Rail

Under the barrel, the pistol features a single-slot RIS rail, allowing compatible accessories such as a tactical flashlight or laser to be mounted.

The pistol is equipped with a functional slide catch, a high-quality metal hop-up chamber, VSR-style bucking, adjustable hop-up and a polycarbonate nozzle.

Adjustable Hop-Up

One of the advantages of this model is its easy hop-up adjustment system. The hop-up is adjusted using an Allen screw located at the front of the pistol, allowing adjustments to be made without removing the slide.

This system allows the BB trajectory to be adjusted according to the weight of the BBs used and the playing conditions.

Green Gas Magazine

The replica uses a metal magazine with a capacity of 22 BBs, powered by Green Gas.

The filling valve is accessible by removing the lower magazine cap, allowing the magazine to be filled quickly and easily.
