- Two MOLLE straps on the back plus 6 extra MOLLE loops for modularity
- Removable inner pouch secured by zipper with hook-and-loop flap
- 5 elastic loops inside for securing medical items
- Additional inner pocket for small items
- Buckle fastener; the inner pouch stays tethered by an elastic cord so it cannot be lost
- Cutaway design for quick access in emergencies
