M81 U.S. Army LBV-88 Tactical Vest – Military Surplus – Woodland Camo – Like New

An original U.S. military tactical vest, model LBV-88 (Load Bearing Vest), part of the Individual Integrated Fighting System (IIFS). Designed for efficient carrying of individual equipment, this vest is valued for its rugged construction, practical storage layout and compatibility with classic military gear.

Made from durable Cordura nylon in Woodland M81 camouflage, the vest features six permanently attached pouches secured with snap buttons and Velcro: four magazine pouches and two compartments designed for grenades or smaller items, also suitable for carrying field accessories.

The wide, foam-padded shoulder straps help distribute weight comfortably, while the front adjustment straps with quick-release buckles make the vest easy to put on and adjust. Adjustable shoulder, waist and side straps provide a customizable fit.

The vest features additional equipment attachment points, D-rings and webbing for attaching a military belt. It is compatible with the ALICE system and corresponding accessories.

The Gen II version features a mesh back and side panels for improved ventilation, while the Gen I version has a solid fabric back.
